Jottacloud Review

A very affordable backup provider with great upload speeds, Jottacloud falls short of the bigger names in the market thanks to a lack of block-level copying and doubtful security. Read all about them in our full Jottacloud review.

Jottacloud is a backup service mixed with the features and design of a cloud storage service. It comes from privacy-friendly Norway.

It’s relatively inexpensive and easy to use. Plus, it has sync and share features, a photo app that manages your photos, a command line tool and more. It’ll also backup all your file types. You won’t have to worry about running out of backup space, either, because it’s unlimited.

That said, the service has downsides, including lacking block-level file copying and private encryption. Those are big misses considering most of the best online backup services have them.

Jottacloud might not be the best choice for everyone, but it’s easy to give it a try thanks to its free plans. If you want to learn more about it first, stick with us as we go into more detail in this Jottacloud review.

Features

80 % – Good

Jottacloud lets you backup personal and business computers to the cloud. It can also backup your network-attached storage devices and external drives. Once you complete your backup, you can be sure you won’t lose your files because of hard drive crashes or other software glitches.

Unlike typical backup services, Jottacloud provides device synchronization and file sharing capabilities. Device sync, so your photos, documents, videos and other files are mirrored on multiple devices, meaning you won’t have to transfer them manually. Changes to those files are reflected, too.

Jottacloud also provides an online archive, so you can move files to it if you need to free space on your computer.

File sharing lets you share your backed up files with teammates and friends, so you won’t have to use USB sticks, external drives or other devices to send them. Jottacloud lets you create a sharing link, while the Jottacloud Photos app lets you post directly to Facebook or Twitter.

Those features are common to the best cloud storage services, but few backup services have them. IDrive and SpiderOak ONE stand out among those that do because they’re among our best online backup services. You can read more about them in our IDrive review and SpiderOak ONE review. If you’re not clear about the difference between backup and storage, read our explanation.

jotta-photos

Media enthusiasts will be happy to hear that Jottacloud lets you upload and manage photos and videos in an app tailored for such a purpose. Plus, Jottacloud Photos doesn’t compress photos or videos. It supports many formats, including RAW. You can stream uploaded videos to your browser or device, too.

Jottacloud Photos also lets you create albums and share your content, which isn’t common for backup solutions. The most notable exception is BigMIND Home, which is packed with features, including AI-powered face and text detection for photos. You can learn more about BigMIND Home in our BigMIND Home review.

Jottacloud lets you preview your document files using Office Online, too. You can also use Office Online to create documents.

If you’re a power user, you’ll be glad to know that Jottacloud has a command line client that you can use to backup folders.

Jottacloud is available for Windows, macOS and Linux, and it can work on desktops, servers, NAS devices and even Raspberry Pi.

Other features are common among cloud backup services include image backup, scheduling and file versioning. File versioning lets you restore previous versions of files if you make unwanted file changes or fall prey to ransomware. If you want more protection against it, read our ransomware protection guide.

Jottacloud’s implementation only saves the last five versions, so if you need more, read our best online backup for versioning roundup.

Jottacloud can run continuous backup, which means it’ll run backup whenever you edit a backed up file or add a new file to a folder tagged for backup.

Missing features include incremental backup and the ability to backup to a local device, which means you can’t enjoy hybrid backup. Private encryption is missing, too, but we’re going to talk about that in the “security” section. If backup features are interesting to you, consult our online backup library to learn more.

Business Large

$136.34 billed every year

It’s nice that Jottacloud has two free plans. Other backup services, such as Backblaze and CrashPlan for Small Business, don’t offer free backup. Still, 5GB is slim pickings when it comes to backing up a computer, but it’s sufficient to try the service.

On top of that, the Personal plan costs almost twice as much as Carbonite’s and Backblaze’s, both of which also offer unlimited backup. Still, neither Carbonite nor Backblaze offer device sync and file sharing features. Jottacloud’s Personal plan is $7.92 per month, but the price comes down to $6.59 per month if you pay for the whole year which is $79.19.

For more information about services that offer unlimited backup space, read our best unlimited online backup roundup.

The Family plan is $11.36 per month and provides 5TB of backup space for five users. If you pay for a year in advance, the price is $9.46 per month or $113.61 per year.

Jottacloud also has two premium plans for businesses. Business Small can accommodate two users who share 1TB of backup space. It’s $7.92 or $95 for the year. Paying for the year upfront doesn’t get you a discount.

The same is true for Business Large, which provides the same amount of space but lets you have unlimited users. It’s $11.36 per month or $136.34 per year.

Both plans are good value. The closest matches to them are Acronis True Image’s and IDrive’s business plans, but they’re more expensive. Acronis True Image’s Premium 1TB plan is $8.33 per month for only one computer, while IDrive’s 1.25TB plan is $31.22 per month.

If you’re running out of space with Jottacloud, you can get 1TB for an additional $6.72 per month. Business plans include admin tools, such as the admin console, and report generation. Single sign-on is also available. Prices for business exclude VAT.

Ease of Use

84 % – Very Good

It’s easy to sign up for Jottacloud. Once you do, you get a free subscription that you can upgrade later. To set up your backup, you need to download and install the desktop client.

It works on Windows and macOS. If you’re on Team Penguin, consult our best online backup for Linux for ideas.

jotta-default-backup-folders

The installation only takes a little while. Once it’s done, you need to log in to your account. The next window shows default folders selected by Jottacloud for backup. On Windows, those are “desktop,” “my documents” and “my pictures.” If you don’t need them, you can uncheck them and include others when you enter the app.

After showing you the default folders, Jottacloud gives you the option to turn sync on as well as change the default location of the sync folder.

jotta-desktop-app

The desktop client’s design isn’t among the prettiest we’ve tested, but it’s not among the ugliest, either. We like how simple and clear it is. Buttons along the top let you initiate the backup or restore processes, view your transfers or access the settings. There’s also a search bar, but it didn’t work for us.

That said, it’s clunky because you have to pick the files you want to backup manually or drag and drop them over the center pane.

Other solutions include the option to select the most common file types or a tree hierarchy that lets you quickly find the files you need. Jottacloud requires you to go through your files system and select folders for backup. You can only choose folders and not individual files.

jotta-backed-files-web

The web client recently updated its interface, and it shows. It’s fast and easy to use. You use the menu on the left to navigate between your backups, photos, trash, chat support, settings and the upgrade storage page. Other than that, the menu in the top right corner lets you see how much space you have left, install the app and log out.

jotta-web-sync-page

There are separate views for your synced, backed up, shared and archived files. You can upload files to your Jottacloud sync space, but you can’t upload to the backup space. To upload, you need to select files using the “+” menu or drag and drop them. Uploading to the archive works the same way, with the difference being that those files won’t be synced to other devices.

jotta-mobile-app

The mobile app is available for Android and iOS. It’s attractive and easy to use. It lets you automatically backup photos and videos, but it can’t backup your mobile data. If you need that, you can use IDrive or BigMIND Home. For more options, read our best online backup for mobile article.

Still, Jottacloud’s mobile app lets you sync files to your other devices, free space by uploading photos and deleting them from your phone and download files from the cloud for offline use.

We haven’t experienced issues, but some long-time users have reported bugs in Google Play Store. The app has a 3.7-star rating on it and over 10,000 downloads.

File Backup & Restoration

60 % – Fair

You need to open the desktop app and click the “backup” tab to create a backup plan. Next, you can drag and drop folders over the application window or click “add folder” to select them using your file explorer. Once you do that, the backup will begin and you can add folders as needed.

jotta-add-folders

The process is easy but limited. You can only backup folders, not individual files or an entire drive. Most backup services we review can backup at the file level. Jottacloud says that “any type of file can be stored,” and true to that, we didn’t have a problem uploading any of the common file types or executables.

You can exclude files and folders from your backup, but you can’t exclude file types like you can with many other backup tools.

jotta-backup-schedule

Jottacloud lets you perform automatic backup, which is continuous, or schedule it. You can run backups every day at a specific time, every weekday or on weekends. Plus, you can specify how long the backup should run. If you want, you can create a custom schedule, too.

Jottacloud’s scheduling isn’t as customizable as some better tools. For example, Acronis True Image has more options, including monthly backup and backing up on event. It can also send you notifications about your backup status. Learn more about it in our Acronis True Image review.

A bigger miss for Jottacloud is that it doesn’t perform incremental, block-level backups. Incremental backup transfers only the changed portions of a file rather than transferring all of it. That saves time and bandwidth. Most backup services, including IDrive, BigMIND Home and Carbonite, can perform incremental backups.

jotta-restore-start

The restore process also only lets you restore folders from your backup. To restore your data, you need to click the “restore” button. Next, choose the file or folder you want to restore and click “start download.” You need to specify which folder you want to restore to, but there’s no option to restore to the original location like you get with many backup services.

jotta-restore-ready

You can also use the restore process to retrieve data from your trash bin, photos or archive, which is convenient.

The backup and restoration processes are straightforward if you have a simple backup plan with a small number of files and folders. Things get more complicated when you add a lot of files and folders to the list. Plus, you can’t create multiple backup plans or complex ones.

Speed

88 % – Very Good

Jottacloud keeps its data centers in Norway, so the closer you are to that country the better your connection speeds will be. Your speeds also depend on your internet service provider.

To test the service, we used an Ethernet connection in Belgrade, Serbia, that had an upload speed of 10 megabits per second and a download speed of 31 Mbps. In theory, those speeds should help us upload our 1GB test folder in about 14 minutes and to download it in a little over four minutes without any overhead.

 First attempt:
Second attempt:Average:
Upload time00:22:4400:22:3800:22:41
Download time00:06:3500:06:3500:06:26

Jottacloud wasn’t close to the theoretical time, but it was still fast compared to other services. The average upload speed was 22 minutes and 41 seconds. The download speed was slower than it should be, though. It took six minutes and 26 seconds to download our 1GB zipped folder.

jotta-bandwidth-throttle

If the backup and restore processes interfere with your work, you can throttle the upload and download speeds from the settings menu.

Security

79 % – Good

The TLS/SSL protocol protects your files in transit from your computer to a server. Once they’re there, Jottacloud uses AES 256-bit encryption to scramble your files at rest.

That said, Jottacloud creates and manages your encryption key and doesn’t support user-generated keys. That method is fast and convenient, but your data is at risk if the servers are breached or a rogue employee decides to take a peek at your data.

Jottacloud doesn’t support private encryption because it’d conflict with its ability to preview, share and synchronize files. Still, individuals concerned about privacy might take issue with that. We’ll talk more about privacy in the next section.

If private encryption is a must for you, you may want to consider IDrive, Carbonite or SpiderOak ONE.

Jottacloud features two-factor authentication. If you enable it, you need to enter a security code in addition to your normal credentials when logging in from an unfamiliar computer. That helps prevent anyone who might’ve stolen your credentials from accessing your account.

Privacy

83 % – Good

Because of the lack of private encryption, it’s important for the privacy policy to be strong. The fact that Jottacloud is based in Norway, a country with some of the best privacy laws in the world, goes in its favor. The laws there don’t allow ISP spying and don’t play nice with U.S. surveillance programs, such as PRISM.

Jottacloud promises it won’t monitor the information you store in its privacy guarantee. It also says:

  • It won’t hand over user data to authorities unless a warrant issued by the Norwegian court of law is presented.
  • It won’t exchange, store or process user data through a third-party service, such as Amazon.
  • Its employees won’t open, access or read your files without your written consent.
  • Its employees must sign non-disclosure agreements.

Still, the privacy policy says some data will be transferred. It reads: “When you upload files to Jottacloud, you also send file system information, including names of files and directories. Files are encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) during transfer.”

All backup services use such information to support the backup process, and the privacy policy states that. It also says Jottacloud won’t sell or market your email address or disclose your personal data to third parties. Plus, Jottacloud adheres to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation. You can learn more about the EU’s privacy law in our GDPR guide.

Jottacloud’s privacy policy doesn’t have suspicious clauses and the company adheres to Norway’s privacy laws and the GDPR. That said, only private encryption guarantees the privacy of your files beyond the shadow of a doubt.

Support

When you face an issue, you can browse the help center or contact support via chat or phone.

jotta-help-center

The help center is divided into categories to help you find the answer to your problem. If it proves to be difficult you can use the search bar to look for it. Some of the articles are thin, but most have enough information and screenshots to help. They’re also clear.

If the help center doesn’t have an answer, you can contact the technical support team. You can only do so on weekdays, though, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for phone support and from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. for chat. All times are UTC+2. We asked multiple questions via chat and the team responded quickly. The answers were helpful, too.

jotta-support-chat-window

The Verdict

Jottacloud doesn’t tick all the cloud backup boxes. It lacks incremental backup, advanced scheduling options and the ability to create multiple and complex backup plans. Plus, it only lets you select folders to backup. Because it has features from the cloud storage handbook it doesn’t have private encryption.

That said, the upside is that you can use those features to sync and share your files. Jottacloud also lets you play videos and preview photos using the Jottacloud Photos app. You can open, create and edit Office documents, too, thanks to Office Online. Advanced users will enjoy the command line tool.

The service is relatively cheap and offers unlimited backup. Uploading files is blazing fast. That can’t be said about the download speed, which is just horrible.

In the end, Jottacloud is a mixed bag. Whether it’s going to fit your needs comes down to whether you’re going to get more from its storage-like features than you’re going to lose by not having staple cloud backup features.

    1. I have been using it for 2 years at least and it works well. I still use Dropbox and GoogleDrive to continue to do some personal R&D and JottaCloud is in the same league…and not US based.

  2. Hey I want to say that this is a great review but you guys skipped one crucial thing. This service has a lot of bugs, like… A LOT. And their support service is absolutely non-existent. It takes almost a week to get an answer to any emails you send them and if you read their ‘invisible’ forum which isn’t even linked to their main site. You’ll see that they haven’t delivered on a single promise in the last 4 years (adding personal encryption, allowing you to move the sync folder without a full re-install etc). It’s a pretty slack company to be honest. They also don’t seem to post any updates really ever, and their twitter account is pretty much dead, and Facebook is even more dead. To be honest I think the company really, really needs to step up their game with customer support. It’s absolutely horrendous compared to their competitors.

  3. Hamish Z that is very helpful, and very true. I took a quick look at their forums.jotta.no and two threads jumped out at me immediately.
One question asked for a Linux client 3 YEARS ago. The initial response from one of the founders was that Linux client development should start in Q2 of 2014. The remainer of the thread is more users asking for the same.

Another asked for RSync support. This thread is 4 years old and doesn’t contain a single official response. It’s mostly users asking for this feature.

  4. I left them 4.5 years ago for not having any 2 Factor Auth available (even a mail with a code), seriously.

Asked if they wanted to implement it and they never answered.

Tried again today, still no 2FA.. come on, that’s the most basic security option today..

  5. UNLIMITED IS A FAKE !!!
After 35 TB of stored data got message that they Will delete all the data if i wont get as low as 10TB.

SO the 10TB is the REAL fair amount of storage according to their support.

I pay in SEK, maybe there is a tip for you right there, choose a scandinavian country as origin, you get by cheaper 🙂

The service is outstanding, never a hickup, and past 2 years i have not needed any support what so ever.

  10. I didn’t try it, but 2FA is definitively in the accounts options (added last week apparently!).

I am testing Jottacloud right now, and so far it seems to work correctly.

    First findings:
    – Speed is really good (seems to be capped at 11 Mb/s per connection, the settings allow 6 uploads and 6 downloads simultaneously – tested from Paris, France)
    – Versioning lacks to possibility to set a passed date and get a folder as it was then. This is really a limitation I think (in fact it works only on individual files)
    – Overall, the combination of any number of devices, file sharing, archiving and backup is really nice
    – The Photo service is a nice addition.

    1. Some other points:
      – File access rights are not maintained across backup and restore – this is really annoying for a backup solution. I have opened a ticket regarding it, waiting for an answer (they usually answer within 24/48h)
      – The web and app are really fast and ergonomic

However I have one negative thing about…
Why does companies have to pay more, compared to family account in terms of storage?

It does not make any sense, and if this is not changes, we will migrate to other cloud service.

    1. Could it be because there is some account management, admin interface or extra features that they have to maintain?

  13. You forgot to write in the review, that they are de-duplicating content using hash MD5, on file level. Lucky the md5 hash is unique per user, and not globally for all the JottaCloud users.

That means if you upload two different files with same MD5, then the second file will never be uploaded and you will have two files with different names on JottaCloud. But these two files will have the content of the first file.

You will never know it has happened. So it is a corruption of files without you knowing.

I know that it will be a limited number of files, if any. But I would have been more happy if they had written about it openly.

SHA-1 or SHA2 would have been better, I think that many other cloud providers have this. But none are talking about it.

    Reply
  14. Have you experienced that two of your files actually have same MD5 and thus are corrupted?

  15. Do NOT buy into this.
Do NOT buy into this.. Recently the kind people behind Jottacloud realized that their business plan with unlimited space is unsustainable, so they have started a campaign, where they simply send you a letter claiming that they think you are violating their terms of service, by using your private account for commercial purposes. They will do that whenever they feel that you use more space than is worthwhile for them. I know several clients receiving this letter in recent weeks, which evidently shows that they are trying to limit their customer base to those who pay more than they use.

If you are looking for an unlimited backup storage cloud service. Dont look here

  16. Same problem. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE, because they block you whenever they want.
Got just personal info, videos of masterclasses (for my own education) and photos and videos with my friends. They informed on e-mail (which I read 1-2 times a month) that I will be blocked in 60 days and I have to download all my data.
Sorry Jottacloud but your download speed is ridiculous and I could download only 50% of necessary storage.
They could make some data research to check is it true that I violate terms of use. But sorry again, I don’t want to show my personal info and maybe you should 1st check it and investigate but then block.
You could simply give all the blocked people opportunity to use your service until their payment ends and all of them will leave your service with relief.
Don’t recomment to use the service.

  17. It’s 2 years now that I’m a jottacloud customer with an unlimited individual plan. I’ve always been quite happy with the service: fast and reliable compared to many others I tried (being IDirive the worst out of them all). The problem though is that right today I have received an e-mail with changes to their terms: basically if we customers exceed 5TB of storage used on their servers, they will limit the upload bandwidth. WHAT??? I subscribed for an UNLIMITED space and I want what I paid for: unlimited space at full speed available. That was the agreement when I joined. They just can’t change the rule son the go! I contacted support and asked to pass my message to their CEO. If they won’t revert this to how it was, I’ll leave jottacloud.

    Reply
    1. Yes they can. They can change the terms whenever they please, as long as they notify in advance. They chose to throttle speed after 5tb instead of throttling your data storage. However, about 10tb you may run into more issues since they do check on everyone using that much space.

There are SO FEW users needing more than 1tb, but with their current user count, one can hardly blame them for reacting to people using tb into the double digits. Or did you guys think server space is free for them?

No UNLIMITED plan is really UNLIMITED. Remember this and you will not have issues.

Backblaze claims unlimited, but same as Jottacloud starts to throttle at 5tb and starts warning you at 10tb.

OneDrive warns you at 2tb, as they cant be used for storing extensive media libraries unless you specifically pay for that, which is more expensive.

Bottom line, no unlimited REALLY EVER WAS unlimited, except in Wonderland. Use your common sense.

Also, Google claims unlimited too, but also starts warning you at a certain level. And if you ignore them and go on, they will actually cancel you outright, and only give you the option to download. Their service, although UNLIMITED, was never meant as such, and they have the biggest datacenters on the planet.

There is a fine line between being a good user and an abusing user. Use common sense, thats all it takes. And stop complaining when uploading double digit terabytes onto a service and they warn you, or outright cancel you.

      1. I only have 3TB stored.
Get your facts right before writing nonsense.

  18. Unlimited is a scam. They block your account and try to force it to a business-subscription with threaths of deletion of the entire storage.

  19. Jottacloud has changes their terms. Now if you have more than 5TB you get throttled to a cripple state, until its useless. I’ve learned the hard way, and have to change cloud service provider, after hours of work organising and uploading.

  20. Deleted all my files under false claims of breaking their terms. Unreliable scam!!

  21. I mean really, how stupid can people be to expect unlimited storage for free or for very little outlay. What do they expect a business to survive on? If you want free, go sell your soul to google. If you not paying for the ‘product’, then you are the ‘product’.

  22. I joined Jottacloud a couple of years ago when their homepage advertised “unlimited storage and unlimited speed”. Last year (2019) they changed their Terms and Conditions by not allowing customers to store commercial files (you cannot store a photo that you took if you are willing to sell that photo). Also, they do not allow to store big video files as for that you need to pay much more for Professional plan, as their CEO Roland Rabben clearly told me (what? wasn’t it unlimited space?)
And finally, if you exceed 5TB storage used, they will slow down your upload speed down to 1mbit, which is ridiculous! (again, wasn’t it unlimited storage AND speed?). Ok, they changed their terms, it’s legit. But when I contacted them to show my disappointment about that, one of their staff, Preben, started being arrogant, writing “threats”, being sarcastic, which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
What you will read below here now are extracts from our e-mail exchanges between me, paying customer, and Preben from Jottacloud.
Small cases is Jotta, in upper case my thoughts:

    – we do not allow storage of commercial files on the Personal subscription
WHY NOT? A PHOTO IS A PHOTO, WHETHER IF IT’S A MEMORY OR I SELL THAT PHOTO ON THE WEB.

    – That people are dissatisfied with the new Terms of Service is of course disappointing, but we cannot please everyone.
BASICALLY THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS’ SATISFACTION.

    – As for the the negative feedback from a small portion of our customers, we can live with that.
“WE CAN LIVE WITH THAT” IS REALLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. IT’S LIKE SAYING: WHO CARES!

    – we simply look at metadata (filenames, foldernames, hashes, MD5s etc).
THEY ADVERTISE THEIR STRICT NORWEGIAN PRIVACY POLICY, BUT ACTUALLY THEY GO THROUGH YOUR FILES.

    – And with that said, we would like to inform you to please be more careful of what you yourself are storing, as we’ve found consiederable amounts of pirated torrents on your account as well (namely torrents downloaded from the known seeder YIFY).
    Just a friendly reminder 😉
    Have a nice day Sir.
A THREAT AND A SARCASTIC REPLY. THIS IS MERE REVENGE FOR HAVING EXPRESSED DISAPPOINTMENT.

    – You cannot download illegally pirated material from internet even when you own the same material physically, that’s not how any of this works.
I OWN THE ORIGINAL DVDs THAT I DOWNLOADED ONLY TO AVOID THE HASSLE OF RIPPING MY DVD MYSELF.

    – We have no concrete dates for when accounts are going through the list and ultimately an account review is done, so I am unfortunately not in any position to say when your account may be closed.
I’VE BEEN PAYING THEM FOR 3 YEARS AND THEY NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT MY STORED FILES. WEIRD COINCIDENCE THAT THEY STARTED THREATENING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT ONLY WHEN I STARTED COMPLAINING AND EXPOSING THEY GREED. THEY THINK THEY HOLD ME BY THE BALLS.

    – yes, your account may be closed at any time.
WHY DIDN’T HE TELL ME SOME DAYS BEFORE MY YEARLY RENEWAL WHEN I CLEARLY ASKED TO LET ME KNOW BEFORE MY DUE PAYMENT? WE EXCHANGED EMAIL ON A DAILY BASIS, BUT THEY WAITED FOR ME TO PAY, THEN TOLD ME THEY WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.

    – Lastly, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund of your last purchase, as it’s not a first-time purchase and within the 14 days of right of cancellation, but it’s a renewal of a subscription.
ACCORDING TO THE NORWEGIAN LAW RENEWAL MUST BE REFUNDED WITHIN 14 DAYS AS THEY’RE CONSIDERED “ONLINE PURCHASE”. I CHECKED. THEY’RE TAKING REVENGE FOR HAVING COMPLAINED ABOUT THEIR NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND WHEN I SAID “OK I’M LEAVING THE SERVICE, PLEASE REFUND ME” (AS I RENEWED 11 DAYS AGO), THEY ARE NOW REFUSING TO REFUND ME. BASICALLY THEY WANT TO KEEP MY MONEY AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. THAT’S THEFT!

    THIS IS JOTTACLOUD SIRS…
    STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

  23. Cloudwards,
why you’re stating that data stored on JottaCloud is AES256 encrypted? It is clearly stated that this encryption is used at transport, on storage the data is plain text. Please check the facts.

  24. Very buggy. Mainly the android app, and their “sync” feature. I was a user for more two years but I m leaving since my new workflow rely on the sync fonction on a daily basis. They are very slow in debugging stuff.
